  • Favorable judgment of nullity in the Third West Regional Chamber of the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice judgment, contested tax credit tax for a major firm based in the city of the State of Jalisco.

 

  • Favorable judgment of nullity in the Third Regional West Room of the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice Judgment; the tax credit tax was challenged to an individual under the presumptive income determination by the Local Government Tax Audit of Guadalajara.

 

  • Favorable judgment of nullity in the Second Regional West Room of the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice Judgment, tax credit tax was challenged to a legal entity based in the city of Guadalajara Jalisco, by the Directorate of Tax Audit State Jalisco.
