Last Tuesday September 6th, our managing partner Victor Vila, attended the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lousanne Switzerland, as the designated legal counsel of the State of Jalisco in the final hearing regarding the five million dollar lawsuit promoted by the International Swimming Federation (FINA).
After such hearing, in which all parties involved confirmed their arguments and evidences; our firm obtained a favorable settlement for our client in which FINA dismissed the lawsuit against the State of Jalisco resulting in a final award ruled by the International Court that relieves the State of Jalisco of any payment or liability.
