GARDHI VILA, S.C. (previously AVAH LEGAL GDL, S.C.) is pleased to announce the integration of Mr. Ulises Sereno as the Head of our Corporate Practice Group.
Mr. Ulises Sereno obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad de Guadalajara, and his Master's Degree in International Law and International Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Sereno worked for a major international law firm. Mr. Sereno has more than ten years of experience working for national and international companies in the Corporate and Intellectual Property areas.
