The time to apply the Jalisco Promotion Program Intellectual Property Propin 2015 is about to start across the throwing call the Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Innovation, the Promotion Council for Innovation and Design, Designers industrial College and the Mexican Society of Interior Designers.
To resolve all questions regarding possible support, the general public as well as scientists, inventors, industrial designers, artists, designers, fashion designers, entrepreneurs and creative entrepreneurs may attend a briefing at the MIND building.
There, specialists will resolve all questions thoroughly and will explain the basis of the call for PROPIN.
The applicants may request support up to 100 percent payment of patent rights, utility models, industrial designs, Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), legal advice, copyright protection (limited to software), and any other effective form of protection for intellectual property.
The objective of PROPIN is to encourage the intellectual property protection through technical and financial support for the filing of request format in the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and INDAUTOR.
