The Official Gazette published on July 28, 2015 the agreement by which it was disclosed the new official Trademark Application Form, or Publication of Distinctive Signs.
This document is available on the website of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (MPTO); to enter the page is displayed with a notice with the appropriate information.
"In accordance with the second transitory article of the Agreement, the MPTO shall receive either the new and old format until Monday August 31, 2015. As of Wednesday, September 2 of that year, only the new format will be received", says the MPTO web.
The main changes of the documents are the design, order information and compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data. On this last point, the corresponding terms and conditions were added to the information on the processing of personal data.  
These formats are very similar to the previous ones.
