Daniella Sanchez, associate of our Law Firm, was present at the working session entitled: "Simplified Joint Stock Company (S.A.S.)" also known as "Single-member Company”, held last April 28 at the Mexican Bar Association, AC, (Jalisco Division) through Trade Law Commission.
During this sesión, it was analyzed the legal criteria of this new type of company organization that recently joined the General Law of Commercial Companies, as reform published in the Official Journal of the Federation on last March 14.
