His experience in Industrial Property law spans over 18 years.
He has taught courses and conferences in the subject matter at private academic institutions as well as public universities. He is a collaborator and technical consultant in the area of  Industrial Property, with a specialty in patents, utility models and industrial designs, advising multiple independent inventors and several industries in the private sector, in areas such as Mechanics, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. He has carried out research of national and international reach in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering, and Biotechnology, among other disciplines.
He has served as an expert witness for the Federal Fiscal and Administrative Court.

Degree in Agroindustrial Engineering with a  specialization in Industrial Property and Intelectual Law at the  National College of Lawyers of Mexico, C. A.

• He has carried out research of national and international state-of-the-art in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering, and Biotechnology, among other disciplines.

• He has prepared technical opinions for the assessment of infringement of industrial property rights conferred to patents, utility models or industrial designs.
